Romantic Ideas For Married Couples

Romantic Ideas For Married Couples

When the kids were little, we didn?t leave them with babysitters so we used to have a movie night at home. We would get popcorn, snuggle under a blanket and watch a movie or two.
--------------------
Early morning walks can work if your husband is an early bird and a cup of coffee together before the children wake.
--------------
Fireside cuddles are great with some music.
--------------
Games evenings work well when you shut off the TV and just enjoy a game of back gammon or scrabble.
---------------------
When your children are little and you are not able to leave them briefly - take a walk in evening with the toddler in pram and baby in a carrier. If you have older children they can be left on their own or with a teen for 20 minutes while you hold hands and take a walk.
------------------
We don?t do sleep-overs for our children but we have on occasion let them stay a night with their grandparents. This is always a great time for us.
-----------------------
Ask your husband to write down 10 things that he would like to do on a romantic evening. Put these in an envelope and keep it for a night when you cannot think of anything.
--------------------

Leave notes telling him that you love him in different places around the house and in his lunch box.

----------------
Make eye contact with him as much as you can over the heads of your children.

----------------
Buy your husband a treat on the way home.

----------------
Send a card in the mail or an email or text message at work to say ?I Love you?.

----------------
Make a list entitled "My 10 favorite things about you" and give it to him.

----------------
Make him (or take him out for) a nice meal.

----------------
Have a weekly/monthly date night.

----------------
Ask your husband what he likes and what he would like to do on an evening out!
